This year's conference is focused on biodiversity in the mining sector and will take place during Finance Montreal's Sustainable Finance Week.
The conference will consist of a keynote address and three panels where MAC members and some of Canada's leading capital markets players will discuss a variety of topics, including:
- Biodiversity, natural capital and ecosystem services: understanding the links to the financial sector
- Drivers of change: regulation, disclosure, investors, and collaborative engagement
- Setting biodiversity targets and communicating biodiversity risks
- Investor engagement on biodiversity
- and other topics to be confirmed
