HOW TO INTEGRATE ESG INTO YOUR BUSINESS STRATEGY - THE CASE OF INNOCAP

The Fonds de solidarité FTQ offers a tangible example of how to integrate ESG into a company's business strategies. Using the real-world case of Innocap, participants will be challenged to answer the question: What steps can the company take to enhance its practices across various material ESG issues? Through an interactive workshop format, participants will identify ESG materiality themes and map them on a materiality matrix. Innocap will then share insights into the support received from the Fonds and lessons learned, illuminating their journey to becoming the successful entity they are today.
