People first: Unleashing a fair and just society for all
Presented by Fonds de solidarité FTQ
3:15 pm-4:00 pm
Sustainable finance offers a promising path to building a greener, fairer, and more inclusive economy by promoting initiatives that prioritize social justice, financial education, and inclusion. However, achieving this requires coordinated efforts among financial ecosystem actors, businesses, academia, and education sectors, as well as policymakers to promote positive social and environmental change that creates opportunities for all. What is a just and inclusive transition, and what are its impacts on individuals? What actions can be taken to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion? How can key stakeholders in the financial ecosystem, businesses, academia, and education sectors, and policymakers mobilize their stakeholders in this transition?
